Hurt

In the real world when you hurt someone by throwing a punch or by being angry. They will throw a punch right back at you.

I know that I've thrown a punch back at you. And I'm sorry. I hope you will forgive me someday.

Parenting notes

I'm changing myself because I want to be a better person and a better parent.

I hear you.

When you are angry, you are hurting somebody. And you will hurt in return.

It's like throwing a punch. It hurts.

When you throw hurt to somebody, you hurt.

There is a saying "hurt people hurt others"

Forgiveness is strong.

Frustration means when a goal is blocked.

Instead of anger and showing anger, use the word frustrated.
