You have a very simple solution to own 2 Summerhill ct.  You can agree to the consent order that my lawyer has prepared and can get to own the house.  It is fair, it is equitable, it resolves future conflicts and it allows you to own the home by borrowing the least amount of money.   

If you do not agree to the consent order, then it will be a shame that you lost the opportunity to own 2 Summerhill  because of your decision not to co-operate and to agree to a good-faith proposal that is in front of you - that is fair to you and fair to me.

Either way, the solution to own the house is in your hands.

By now your lawyers must have informed you via my lawyer on where I stand with respect to the sale of 2 Summerhill Court.  My lawyer has put together a well thought-out proposal that is equitable, fair, resolves other pending issues and provides a way for you to be able to buy out 2 Summerhill through equitable distribution. Per the court judgement that we have, I was not required to be doing all of this. The judge had ordered for us to sell the house and my intentions were to abide by the judgement.

As a matter of fact, in the proposal that my lawyer shared with your lawyers, you end up borrowing much less for the mortgage of the house (~330K vs ~460K) and better protecting your financial interests by borrowing less money. 

If you are able to accept the offer that we are proposing, then it is a win for us and you are able to keep 2 Summerhill court. We can happily settle the outcome today of 2 Summerhill Court.

However, If you further want to dispute the proposal and make it a difficult proposition for both of us and further delay the already delayed process of the sale of the house when we have 2 offers on the house that you have not responded to, I am ready to tell the judge today that I want the house sold to a third party. This is the message that I have also communicated to my lawyer as well.
